Choose Samplerate
Audio Evolution has it, but I can’t seem to change the working samplerate in Nanostudio 2. Could we please have the option added? Or is it there already?
I run an iPad Air 4 (2020) and an outboard audio interface. I don’t like the old 44.1kHz standard - it was mainly for CD compatibility and doesn’t have the “air” that 48kHz provides.
Anyway, I’m getting error messages from the Multitrack AU saying I need to run my project at 48kHz but NS2 won’t let me change it.
Sorry for the novel.

This thread explains the current situation: https://www.blipinteractive.co.uk/community/index.php?p=/discussion/1689/change-sample-rate-on-iphone
Thanks for that. I tried various other apps and found that Cubasis 3 LE (demo) and/or Blackhawk beat app can be set to 48kHz and it makes NanoStudio 2 switch as well (automatically) - it works so long as the other app is in Background Audio mode. Like this, NanoStudio 2 works as I hoped.
So... Blip developer(s) just need to add the option - set it to a default but let users change it. Problem with using another app to do it is it uses more CPU overall, plus we shouldn’t need to load another app.
