Fugue Machine as a Midi FX - how to record?

Hello,

i've seen there is an old discussion about Fugue Machine and the recording issue. It's one year old and it is said that it will be fixed.
I have the latest NS2 and i can't record the output of the Midi FX. I am new to MidiFX and i think, that it only makes sense if i can record and not just listen to what a MidiFX does.

Can someone tell me how to get the MidiFX recorded on a track?

PS: there is another Midi related question on my mind, don't want to spam with a new discussion;
Does anyone know a trick to change the tempo of a Midi pattern? Like "stretching" a part in other daws?
