IAP not installing

I purchased a sound pack. A couple downloads failed because of spotty WIFI. Now when I attempt to install I get an error message telling me "purchase failed" and that the file already exists. But it is not showing in patches and is still grayed out in my list of IAPs. Thanks!

    Also, I looked at my bank statement and it is not showing a purchase. So, yeah, maybe that is the root of the problem.

    The Appstore can be a hassle. Closing down NS2, and the device, and trying again when you have good wifi should handle the situation.
