When I first got nano studio, I did not have an external drive. Now that I have one, I can’t figure out how to get nano studio to save projects or other files to the drive. Do I have to reinstall it from scratch?
The safest practice is to first Archive a project, then export it from NS2 by the method one prefers (Airdrop, Files, Dropbox, email, etc.), or using WebDAV such as CyberDuck, iFunbox, or SynciOS. The manual details the reasons for this under Projects > Archiving, as well as Settings > WebDAV.

You can't. But using the iOS files app you can copy the files to the drive.
Thanks so much
I think you’ll need to archive the projects to be sure they contain all the files. Hopefully someone more familiar with NS2 can provide guidance.
