Not yet, there are a number of things missing:
1. Ability to record AUs (instrument or effect) MIDI out
2. Sequencer being able to record/playback MPE (or even aftertouch)
3. Being able to pass through MPE from external controller (software or hardware) to an AU instrument
I just realized that my three points correspond to the reasons for saying “no” to each of your questions 😛
The forthcoming audio tracks in NS2 may provide a self-contained workaround, if I can host mononoke in NS2 on an AUv3 track, route its audio output to an audio track, hit record, and perform on Mononoke’s triggers...
